Lucy：While studying, I had various part-time jobs. One was working for a bank in their telephone contact center, answering questions that the customers had. That position has trained me to have excellent telephone manners, as well as customer service delivery experience. I also worked in a clothing boutique, and I really enjoyed dealing with the pubic there. As sales associates, it was our responsibility to ensure that all the customers were satisfied with the service we provided.
露西：學生時代我就做過各種兼差。其中一份工作是在某銀行的電話客服中心裡回覆客戶問題。這份工作的訓練讓我擁有極佳的通話禮節，以及客服實務經驗。我還待過一家服飾精品店，在那兒跟大眾打交道我覺得十分愉快。身為銷售專員，我們的職責便是確保顧客滿意我們提供的服務。
