對話
Lucy:While studying, I had various part-time jobs. One was working for a bank in their telephone contact center, answering questions that the customers had. That position has trained me to have excellent telephone manners, as well as customer service delivery experience. I also worked in a clothing boutique, and I really enjoyed dealing with the pubic there. As sales associates, it was our responsibility to ensure that all the customers were satisfied with the service we provided.
