FXXXTWNESE has a point

I think I got what FXXXTWNESE was trying to say. She meant that 20% Taiwanese male population are “criminals”, some are already in jail, and some have not been caught. Well, her estimate probably is not too far away from the reality. (FXXXTWNESE應該會寫中文, 大概只是不會用電腦寫而已.)
