Paula:I like interacting with people, so I feel that working as a customer service associate is ideal. The position would enable me to combine my computing skills with my experience of working closely with people, which I enjoy very much.

Steve:I see. Paula, what are the general tasks a customer service associate performs?

Paula:I think listening to clients’ complaints and offering professional advice are major parts of the position. I would also be expected to solve different kinds of problems
