問題四
Q:How do you measure your own success?
A:I think that how I perform in the eyes of my superiors is an important indication of my success. If I build and maintain a good working relationship with my boss and colleagues, and they give me positive feedback, then I know I am doing well. If I know I’m making a worthwhile contribution to the overall success of the company, I’m assured that I am working well.
