Victoria：Okay, great. Having worked for your current company for five years, you might find huge differences working for a large, foreign company like us - can you deal with that change？

◎deal with sth處理某事
= cope with sth
= handle sth
例：Mike quit because he wasn't able to deal with the stresses of the job.
（邁可無法處理好這份工作帶來的壓力，所以辭職了。）
◎respond
vi. 反應，因應（與介詞to並用）
例：The patient responds very well to the treatment.
（該病患對治療的反應相當良好。）
◎the very reasons就是這些原因∕理由
此處的very為形容詞，之前須置定冠詞 the，是強調用法，就等於just the reasons
例：He is the very person I saw yesterday.
= He is just the person I saw yesterday.
（他就是我昨天遇到的那個人。）
◎take on…承擔（工作、責任等）
例：I'm now working on three projects at the same time. I can't take on any extra work.
（我現在同時進行3個專案。我沒法再承擔任何額外的工作了。）
