今天我最像 Imitation Caviar 仿魚子醬

An employee of Hokuyo Foods introduces its imitation caviar “Cavianne” at the factory in Aomori, northern Japan. As the Caspian Sea’s sturgeon population plunges to cut caviar production, the company has come up with a novel solution -an imitation made from squid ink, pectin from apples, extract of sea urchin, oyster and scallop as well as a type of gum derived from kelp.
日本北陽食品公司員工日前在青森縣的工廠,介紹該公司的仿魚子醬Cavianne。由於裡海鱘魚數量減少,魚子醬產量大減,北陽公司找出新的解決方法—用墨魚汁、蘋果果膠、海膽、牡蠣和扇貝萃取物,加上海藻凝膠,製成仿造的魚子醬。
