Two years ago Winter was the dolphin that could not swim. She had lost her tail in a crab trap at just two months old and was found floating in distress off the coast of Florida. Winter was rescued and finally fitted with a 30in silicone plastic tail, she now swims and splashes around like any normal dolphin.
兩年前這隻名叫溫特的海豚沒辦法游泳，她在兩歲時因為尾鰭被陷阱絞斷、痛苦地漂浮在佛羅里達州外海。溫特後來被救起且終於裝上30吋（約76.2公分）矽膠製的尾鰭，她現在已可以像正常海豚般游泳和打水。
